Where is the signal flasher located on 1995 Geo Tracker?

The Flasher is located direstly above the fuse panel under the drivers side dash. You have to remove the 2 screws holding the fuse panel up and you can feel the flasher mounted on the top side of the metal panel the fuse panel mounts to.This is the same for a 94 tracker.
