If you mean the turn signal flasher it is located under the dash near the steering column.If one side still flashes, turn on that sides signals and track down the clicking sound. Often one side will quit working before the entire thing quits. Your four way flasher looks the same but it is a differnt circuit.

The flasher is an electronic device incorporate with the hazard warning switch. It is selected thru turn-signal switch when "H" switch is out. It is refered to as a timer.
