Per the Haynes Repair manual for the Isuzu rodeo 2.2 engine which I understand to be the same. Here are the following torgue specs.

Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolts 71 inch-lbs

Camshaft Sprocket bolts step 1 36 step 2 60 degrees step 3 15 degrees

Cylinder head bolts: 4 steps

step 1 18

step 2 90 degrees

step 3 90 degrees

step 4 90 degrees

Valuve cover bolts 83 inch lbs

Please note inch pounds is used in a couple of these and that they require an inch pound torque wrench.
