The answer really depends heavily on what your needs are. There are so many trucks to choose from.

i am a chevy person myself but the best dully on the market would be a dodge dully. they have great power and there built to last for ever. go with a dodge ram dully 3500. If you want a 4x4 truck and you have a big budget the way to go is gmc. The are big with plenty of towing power and come with plenty of options. My friend just got one and it is a beast.

If your lookin for fast your lookin for the light weight fords. If your lookin for haulin pick the heavy wheight fords or the 3500 megacab dodge ram!!!

Ford are the best wat to go. We got an 08 Ford 250, and hooked it up to our 5th wheel, and it felt like the truck was saying "Is this all you got, I'm insulted!" And We were doing 80 with that 35 trailer.
