I am reluctant to guess at anyone's symptoms. And feel anytime a person's health is in question they need to consult a professional. Having said that, you could be having an anxiety attack (panic attack). It is not uncommon, especially when you consider the kind of stress, many of us experience daily. Symptoms of a panic attack are rapid heartbeat, hyperventilating, sweating, feeling cold, dizziness, nausea, etc. However, these are also symptoms of possibly a more serious condition.
