Water.
I would actually use the answer 'free time', as I always have way too much of it when I don't want it, but when I -do- want it I can't hardly seem to find any.

in my adviceor opinion it is ur bad luck cuz when u hav plenty of it u didnt preserved it for ur use ..............................
