Old Skool would ask if it's an alternator problem. New Skool would ask if the antenna wire has been cut, spliced, repaired, or replaced. Did anyone put an aftermarket stereo system in and damage the antenna wire? Feed back on a sound systen usually comes from interference due to a bad cable or merely running electric wires too close to audio wires.
