It is terrifying many of the traditional middle eastern nations who want nothing more than to have "business as usual" and maintain the Islamic radical controls while keeping their royalty in place. A couple democratic nations in the middle east will result in modernization of civilization and an eventual reduction in Islamic sponsored terrorism.
