Hi, my name is Rena Reich. I was born in New York, and have lived in Dallas, Rochester, Memphis and Jerusalem. I am currently living in a small community on a quiet mountain top about a half hour north of Jerusalem with my husband, 3 teenagers (not so quiet after all :-), siamese cat, tabby cat and cockatiel.

I come from a long line of pet lovers. When I realized that there was no Super for the Pets category, I jumped on it immediately. There are some great questions there. I've learned a lot just watching some of the more interesting ones.

Over the years we've had dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, turtles and birds. When I was a teenager, we even tried breeding Himilayan Cats for a while. My mom has started her own wiki site (The Pet Wiki). Pretty cool for a 73 year old! My 16 year old daughter has been helping her out with some of the design. I'm really proud of them both!
