Hello all, my name is Terry and I am a Certified Building Official and Combination Building Inspector in Utah, USA. I have been involved with the building trades for most of my life. I have experience in residential as well as commercial construction and maintenance.

With hands on experience as a laborer, supervisor and project manager I completely understand the need to be efficient and judicious with the enforcement of the codes. However, I also understand the need for the protection offered by the codes for life and property. Finding an efficient balance is a challenge that truly entices me to go to work every day. I pray daily that I can help someone to add value as well as safety to the project that they are working on.
