My name is Joe, I'm a retired airline pilot, and I live with my wife on a small island in the Pacific Northwest. I have a degree in psychology, flew in the Navy for 23 years (active and reserve), and now spend much of my time traveling...which explains my sporadic level of participation on WikiAnswers. I see WikiAnswers as an "experiential" database and am pleased to participate as a Supervisor. I tend to be a "Jack-of-all-trades..." (with the possible exception of aviation related subjects), but will answer questions on any topic if I am able. I also enjoy researching answers to those interesting but "unanswerable questions" for my own edification.
