Had the same problem... First take off the steering columb covers( top and bottom). There are 3 screws holding in the bottom steering columb cover. After removing the steering columb cover, you will be able to remove the signal switch and the wiper blade switch very easily. The signal switch and the wiper blade switch is one pieces. When you have removed the steering columb cover, you will seea screw on the top middle of the steering columb.Remove this and unplug the other switches(3) that are attached to the signal switch and the wiper blade switch. That is about it, but be care when you install the new piece...it needs to be lined up for the horn to work or else evrytime you turn the steering wheel your horn will blow.
