On the Chevy Malibu 2000, it is tricky to flush your radiator. It appears there is no drain plug at all, but there is. You have to look in front of your radiator on the drivers side, close to the very bottom of the front right-side of the radiator. You will see a little white protruding cylindrical plastic mechanism , which you need a square bit to fit in and twist it, to drain your radiator. Hope this helps alot, It took me about 40 minute's to find this.
