Answer
Generally, the bulbs are replaceable from behind the lense. There is usually a retaining ring that you unscrew on the back of the lense and the the bulb itself comes out of the lense by unscrewing it 1/3 turn, then unplugging it. The hardest part is getting access to the bulb.
