How do you change a broken belt if the routing diagram is missing?

[Edit]

Answer

As number 5 would say "Need Input"

Make?
Model?
Year?

Actually you don't need that info yet,but you will when you get to the parts store, most of them, given the make, model, year and engine size, can pull up a diagram to guide you in the process.

also if you go to the parts store and pick up the haynes manual for your car it has the diagram right in it. i have found that if you plan on doing any work on your car it is ideal to have the manual. and they are $20 tops
