first thing to check are the fuses under the hood. make sure they are not blown. If they are blown, or one is replace it/them. If the fuses are fine, check the relay switches. Then check to make sure the fan electrical connectors are plugged in. If all is well so far. Use a test light to make sure the fans are getting voltage when the fans are supposed to come on. If not, replace the fan motors
