I just ran across this answer by coincidence yesterday. Depends on what system you have but if you log into http://www.hmaservice.com/authenticator/login?returnAddress=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.hmaservice.com%3A80%2Findex.jsp they have all the details on resetting/setting this function.
