Does a 1996 Lexus SC400 have a cabin air filter and if it does how do you change it?

Yes, it's on the passenger side under the glove box. There's a panel that comes down then a couple of wing nuts that have to be removed, then wiggle the filter out but remember the way it comes out so the new one goes in the same way.
